The release of the Treo 750 appears to be on the horizon. According to the BoyGeniusReport, various Cingular stores have received demo units of the much anticipated Treo 750. Reports from our forum readers signal a January 9th launch for the Treo 750. Palm is reporting earnings later today, so hopefully we’ll have some concrete news on the release date.

It seems that a PowerPoint presentation fell into the hands of the publishers of Engadget that all but confirms Cingular will be the first to carry the Treo 680. The specifications are no different from those currently found at Palm.com: Palm OS 5.4.9 with that new five-tabbed quick access (dial pad, favorites, home screen, contacts, call log), quad-band GSP / GPRS / EDGE, 312MHz XScale processor, 2.2-inch 320 x 320 display, SDIO, Bluetooth 1.2, IR, PocketTunes, 1200mAh battery, and a 4.41 x 2.36 x 0.88-inch body weighing in at 5.28 ounces.
Engadget also posted a photo of the Treo 680 and it appears that it might be available in both graphite and black. Graphite was one of the colors that was announced at launch, but a Black Treo 680 would be a revelation and reminiscent of the Black-Tie Treo. Discuss the Treo 680 in our forums.
